100 Years of the Royal Variety Performance
Monday 19th November 2012 sees the land mark 100 years since the very first Royal Variety performance.
The event staged at the Royal Albert Hall provided the largest capacity in the show's 100 year history. In addition,
the worldwde audience for the show makes it the largest audience of any entertainment show on earth; the 2010 Royal
Variety Performance was seen by over 150 million television viewers worldwide and broadcast in over 65 countries,
making it the most successful and longest running show in history.
